About: Stephen Kangwa Chilobwa is a Gender Equality, Community Engagement, and Social Change Specialist with over 20 years of experience advancing gender-transformative programming, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and community systems strengthening. He is the Founder and Country Director of the Zambia Men's Network (ZMN), where he leads initiatives that engage men and boys as partners for gender equality, health, and social justice. Stephen has collaborated with governments, research institutions, civil society organisations, and regional partners across Africa to strengthen community-led approaches, facilitate multi-stakeholder dialogue, and translate grassroots experiences into policy, practice, and sustainable social change.
